* Bueno , estoy bien gracias!

Toqué “Best of Times”, y mi nuevo video me muestra tocando «Arppegios » de Hell, y me encantan ambos!

* ¡Oh, no!

* Inmediatamente no tengo planes precisos.

ENGLISH VERSION

MS: Hi Tina, thanks for sharing some of your time with us, how are you?

* Well, I’m fine thank you!

MS: We knew you after seeing a video on youtube where you were playing the guitar solo of Dream Theater’s  «Best of Times», song that the band used in the intermission of one of their concerts on tour. Why did you record it? Did you imagine that they would choose it? Did the band get in contact with you?

* First of all, Petrucci is one of my favorite guitarist. Musically, I just love this track, it really sounds good. Then, it became a challenge, technically it’s really difficult. I love challenges, playing this solo was my first goal.
Of course I don’t expected this. When I knew that I was so surprised and honored.
Thanks to this video I had the chance to meet them. The manager of Dream Theater contacted me and invited me to meet the band before their concert at the Zenith (Paris).

MS: We saw you with them in France, what did it mean to you? Was that the first time you met them?

* They say you should fulfill your dreams. You know what? At this moment, one of mine just became true. It was awesome. It was the first time and I talked with them on the backstages, took photos, enjoyed the concert. It will stay a very important moment in my life.

M.S : How old were you when you started to play the guitar? How many hours a day do you spend on it?

* I started to play classic guitar when I was 7, but electric guitar is kind of different. Then, I started electric guitar at 13 years old.
I don’t planed to play a precise number of hours. I try to match guitar, school, friends, family, sleeping.. As soon as I can play, as I feel that I can, I’m ok ( not too tired, not too much homework…), I play!

MS: In your youtube channel we can see versions of Rock, Classical Music, Dream Theater, Steve Vai… but, what are your most direct musical influences?

* On my YouTube channel, you can see versions of Classical music, that’s true. The reason is simple: when I posted it, I was at the musical conservatoire and I only knew this musical environment. When I grew up I wanted to play something that was more «me». Rock/Hard rock music clearly influences me, but then I choose songs that I like musically never mind if it’s rock or hard rock. I played «Best of times», my new video show me playing «Arppegios» from Hell, and I love both!

M.S: Are you planning to make a living with music, entirely? Or will you combine your musical education with other studies?

* For the moment, I’m still at school. I’m 14 years old and studies are really important because you don’t know what life reserves to us.
Of course my first goal, my dream, is making a living with music and nothing else. I really hope I’ll do it.

MS: You are so young and you already have 14 thousand people following your youtube channel, I guess you did not expect it, did you?

* Oh no! I didn’t expected it! I’m really proud and happy about it. Every day I’m more motivated to do better things, to continue in the musical way. I want to thanks all the people that are following me, even if it’s not of YouTube, that are encouraging me.

MS: What did your parents say when they realized your passion for the guitar? Are they your biggest fans? He he

* Of course they are my biggest fans! Haha
My parents always encouraged me to play guitar, to continue in this way. Passion gives your energy for life and they know it. Well, guitar is my passion!

MS: Have you received any offer from other band to play with? Would you like to do that?

* For the moment, I didn’t received any offer. But, for now, I want to focus on my self-learning, to perfect me because I still have a lot of things to learn!

MS: Just for curiosity, in your opinion what would you say is your best cover? And the most difficult for you?

* I couldn’t say which one is better. I think all the covers are at the same level and every time I post one, I’m satisfied. There isn’t one more difficult than the other, they are all different!

MS: What are your inmediate future plans, what are you planning to do the next, related to your musical career?

* Immediately I don’t have precise plans. I just want to continue enjoying playing guitar, having fun, doing things I like. We’ll see what future reserves to us.. I hope it’s good things haha

MS: That’s all Tina, thank you so much for your kind attention, if you want to say something more this is your moment. We wish you good luck and all the best whatever you like to do.

* You’re welcome! Thank you for your interest!
